  1. On your internet enabled ( 3/4G or WiFi ) Mobile device, open the
    Store

    search icon at the bottom of the screen

    airwatch and select the
    right arrow

    AirWatch MDM Agent by AirWatch, LLC

  5. Select
    install

    allow

  7. Wait a moment for the app to install, then select
    AirWatch MDM Agent

  8. Enter your utah.gov
    email address, select
    Next ( to minimize the keyboard, touch anywhere on the screen that does not require text to be inputted )

  9. Enter your
    UtahID username and
    password, then select
    Next.

    Note: If your user authentication fails, you may need to reset your password at http://login2.utah.gov, then wait 10mins for it to sync throughout the system.

  10. Select the device ownership type by clicking in the selection box ( eg. if a state owned device, you would select “Corporate – Dedicated” ), then select
    Next

  11. Within the &qupt;Next Step (1 of 2)&qupt; half of the screen, select
    Copy.

    Note: This will be the password in Step 15 & your text WILL be different from “TojeC”

  12. Select the Windows
    Home button, then select
    Settings

  13. Scroll down and select
    company apps

    add account

  15. Enter your utah.gov
    email address and then tap in the
    Password field and select
    Paste. Then select
    sign in

  16. Enter your
    username ( not your email address ) in the
    User name field & enter
    utah in the
    Domain field.

  17. Then press and hold down the
    back button, until you see the history of open screens and select the
    AirWatch MDM Agent screen.

  18. Within the “Final Step ( 2 of 2 )” half of the screen, select
    Copy.

  19. Press and hold down the
    back button, until you see the history of open screens and select the
    company apps screen.

  20. Tap in the
    Server field and select
    Paste. Then select
    sign in.

  21. Adding MDM account was successful. Select
    done.

  22. You will see
    AirWatch DM listed as
    enrolled. Wait approx. 20 secs.

  23. You will be prompted to set a password for the device. Select
    set.

  24. Create a password & select
    done, then select the
    Windows Home button.

  25. Open your application list and select
    AirWatch MDM Agent.

  26. Once opened, it will take about 20 seconds to load.

  27. After the loading process has finished, the AirWatch Agent will open.

  28. You have completed MDM enrollment.

Managing your Device

Please log into the Device Self Service Portal to manage your own device. When you contact DTS for device support, DTS will assist you in accessing the Device Self Service Portal to manage your device. The Self Service Portal can be found here:
https://mdm.utah.gov/mydevice

To gain access to the Self Service Portal, enter the
Group ID (SOU) & your
Username and
Password. This will be the same as your UtahID account. Select
Login
