What are the Help Desk hours of operation?

DTS technicians are available to take your phone call from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, or chat from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Where does my online request for help go?

Your information will be submitted to the State’s Help Desk who will contact you using the contact information you supplied.  Please be sure your information (telephone numbers, email address) is correct so they can assist you.
