Who can use it?
Any employee with a @utah.gov account can get an unlimited license for the enterprise edition.
When can we start?
December 11, 2020
How do we order?
In your utah.gov Google account, click on the app icon (the waffle 9 dots at the top) and scroll down to find the apps.
How much does it cost?
Lucidchart and Lucidspark are free for one year starting December 11, 2020.
After December 11, 2021, pricing will depend on how many employees want to continue their subscriptions. The current enterprise edition annual subscription is approximately $200+ per user per year (for each LucidChart or LucidSpark). For 1,000 subscribers, the initial estimate is at least 50% discount.

Zoom
What is Zoom?
Zoom Enterprise Edition is a supplement to Google Meet and is only meant to be used for something that Google Meet can’t do (e.g., the number of meeting attendees exceeds 250 users, webinar attendees include non-@utah.gov participants, centrally managed meeting controls are required, etc.). There is also a shareable webinar add on for up to 10,000 attendees available with the license.
Who can use it?
The state has 1,000 licenses for Zoom Enterprise. Licenses will be distributed equitably based on agency size. Here is an estimate of how many licenses each agency could receive based on number of employees.
When can we start?
December 1, 2020
How do we order?
Coordinate agency requests with your IT director. IT directors can place orders via the Zoom License Request Form.
How much does it cost?
Zoom is free for one year starting December 1, 2020. After December 1, 2021, pricing will depend on how many employees want to continue their subscriptions. The current estimate is anywhere from $24.75 to $300.00 per user per year. Webinar add ons will depend on sizing and quantity.
