Description
The Internet Collaboration tools in this standard have been identified in a cooperative effort with agencies to identify environments that can be commonly incorporated into State Websites and collaboration processes that provide additional functionality. Many of the tools are available at no charge to agencies for basic services and are generally considered to be best of class tools. Use of these tools is not restricted by content filtering or other Network site blocking procedures.
