TURN GPS Coordinate Update April 1, 2019

TURN GPS provides real-time high precision centimeter positioning. As some reference stations within the network move slightly over time due to earth’s crustal displacement, the stations’ positions must be updated periodically to maintain accuracy.

Accordingly, the coordinates of 14 GPS stations will be updated on April 1, 2019, because their positions have exceeded the 2.5 cm variance limit. The new positions were determined by collecting 24 hours of raw GPS data from January 1, 2019, to January 2, 2019, and the data was processed using OPUS Projects holding 21 published CORS constrained.
