Service Catalog Changes

DTS has made a change to the Service Catalog in ServiceNow to accommodate upcoming needs. We realized that one catalog was not going to be efficient as we keep adding more and more items, therefore we decided to break it up into several catalogs.

Everything that you could see before should still be there, but it may take an extra click or two to get to what you are used to seeing. You can view detailed information here. 

Please let the DTS Help Desk know if you are having any issues with the Service Catalog.  We do have a couple of tickets open with some known issues we are seeing, but we want to know if you are running into any specific problems that we may not be aware of.
