A new form for requesting changes to your google account has been implemented in ServiceNow. The form is called “Google Services Request.” It allows agencies to request google Vault and Shared Email Account services.
Google Vault enables users to retain, hold, search, and export data to support their organization’s archiving and eDiscovery needs.
Shared Google Email Account allows users to request the creation of an email account shared by multiple people.
The form can be accessed in ServiceNow by following the steps shown below.
- In ServiceNow expand “Self-Service” in the left menu pane.
- Select “Service Catalog” from the expanded “Self-Service”
- In the right pane click “Help Desk”
- Click “Google Services Request”
