On March 1st, DTS enabled Multi-Factor Authentication on 1,500 existing public user accounts for UtahID. We have added additional language to the Security Code screen to help give them context as to why they are now seeing this additional screen.

Here is some additional information regarding this change:
- Employees may see this screen if they have to use SMS or email for MFA
- Existing public users that do not have MFA turned on for their UtahID accounts will not see this screen.
- New public user accounts that are created will see this information since MFA is turned on for all new public user accounts
