The Genesys Pure Connect on premise Contact Center System has announced End of Life and End of Sale dates. You can see the announcement here. These are the critical dates to be aware of:
- Now – No new development except minor bug fixes
- January 1, 2024 – End of Sale on anything new
- August 2024 – Last Renewal of License Maintenance
- July 31, 2025 – No Support/Final Shutdown
Because End of Sale is fast approaching, DTS needs all agencies that utilize the Genesys Contact Center to look forward to the next 24 months to determine if new licenses are going to be needed. If an agency will need new licenses, please contact Debbie Bauman at dbauman@utah.gov before November 21, 2023.
