Having Trouble?
Once RealPlayer is installed, you should see video in the left panel.
Problems viewing a live Webcast can be caused by different variables. Please remember that Web congestion can occasionally hamper live streaming. If you are experiencing trouble not related to bandwidth, try the following:
- Refresh the RealPlayer by pushing the Play button if the Webcast looks “frozen” of if you are still seeing the default animation. Note: if the Play button is not available, try refreshing the browser window.
- Check with your LAN administrator to make sure that streaming port 8080 is not being blocked.
- Make sure that you have the free RealPlayer installed.
- Make sure that an appropriate connection speed is selected under RealPlayer's Preferences menu (View> Preferences> Connection>).
